Letter cassettes
When using the cassette with monogram/script letters,
it is necessary to cut the threads between the letters.
These letters can not be alterated in the height.
If you wish the machine to fasten the thread ends after
completing each letter, press the finishing button ©
before starting to sew. You can now trim the threads
between the letters or in the space between the words
without running the risk of pulling the threads.
Press the finishing button 0 when the whole
program is finished. The threads to be trimmed are
marked in white in the illustration. When sewing mono
grams we recommend that you sew at slightly reduced
speed.
If you wish to sew a monogram, you can use the
decorations to be found to the right of the cassette.
In some cases the decorations should be sewn the
original way. Others will be better symmetrically if the
final part is mirrored.
Should the letter start far to the

push-button PROG/REP, you can sew the programmed
stitch or letters irrespective of which cassette is inserted
in the machine.
However, as soon as you switch off the machine all the
programming will disappear.
