4. Remove Thermal Divider by removing three 6-32 x 1/4" PPSS screws (Figure 3-22).

5. Remove Base Pinch Air Duct by removing two 6-32 x 1/4" PPSS screws.

Step

6. Remove Intake Baffle by removing three 6-32 x 1/4" PPSS screws.

Step

7. Remove Lamp Pinch Fan by removing two 6-32 x 5/16" PFB screws.

Step

8. Replace component by doing steps in reverse. Apply Loctite 246 to all threaded screws.
