Resending a Document in Memory
You can resend documents that are stored in memory. The machine stores faxes that are received but not printed
because paper or toner has run out, a paper jam has occurred, or documents have not been transmitted due to a
transmission error.
You can send such faxes to another fax machine to be printed.
1 Press Function.
2 Press Memory Reference.
3 Use 4 (–) or e (+) to select 4.RESEND
DOCUMENT

• The sending error document also can be
resent using 2.MEMORY RETRANSMT.
4 Press Set.
Ex:
5 Use 4 (–) or e (+) to select the
transaction number (TX/RX NO.) of the
document you want to send again.
Ex:
6 Press Set.
7 Enter the fax number.
8 Press Set.
• For dialing methods,
→ p. 4-2.
• You need to press Set twice when using the
numeric keys.
• The machine begins sending.
