One-Touch Speed Dialling
■ Registering Numbers for One-Touch Speed Dialling
• The Function key will light up by pressing Function to be able to operate Space , Delete or Clear .
1 Press Additional Functions .
2 Use (–) or (+) to select 4.ADD. REGISTRATION .
3 Press OK twice.
4 Use (–) or (+) to select a one-touch speed dialling key (01 to 12).
• You can directly select the one-touch speed dialling key by pressing it.
• If a one-touch speed dialling key has already been registered, the number
registered under that key appears.
• If a group is already registered under a one-touch speed dialling key, GROUP DIAL appears.
• If the fax functions have been programmed into the keys marked 01 to 12 using PROG 1-TOUCH KEY in the Additional
Functions, PROG 1-TOUCH KEY will appear.
5 Press OK twice.
6 Use the numeric keys to enter the fax/telephone number you want to
register (max. 120 digits, including spaces and pauses).
• Press Space to enter a space and move the cursor to the next digit. Spaces are
optional and are ignored during dialling.
• Press Redial/Pause to enter a pause.
• If you make a mistake, move the cursor to the last number by pressing (–) , and press Delete repeatedly to delete the
numbers one by one starting from the last number. Or, press Clear to delete all the numbers you have entered.
7 Press OK twice.
8 Use the numeric keys to enter the name that goes with the number (max.
16 characters, including spaces).
