12 Record Qne Channel/See Anotl

o record one channel while viewing another, follow steps 1 —4 below. Please read aU the instructions. You
must use your remote control.

Start a Recording

I Start a recording as described on page 11.

Set the VCR/TV Button

\ Press the VCR/TV button to select the TV mode. The VCR
/ indicator disappears.

Select the Channel at the TV for Viewing

1 Select the channel to he viewed at the TV, using the channel

controls on the TV or TV remote control.

The charmel selected with the TV charuiel controls appears on the
TV screen. The charmel selected with the VCR charmel control is
recorded on the tape.

To Return to the Channel Being Recorded

\ First, using the charmel controls on the TV or TV remote control,

return the TV to either charmel 3 or 4 (Please see “Hook Up Your

VCR.”)

Now, press theVCR/TV button to view again the charmel being
recorded.

* If you are not receiving chaimels, please repeat the

steps on page 7 - 8 of this book. Also, follow
carefully the instractions listed above.

NOTE:

If you use a converter box or satellite

system hook-up, you may not be able to do
this feature.

Point the transmitter toward the remote sensor, within
the angle shown in the illustradon above.
