Change it to read:
CFLAGS = -O -DHDUU -DAUTOCONNECT -DROW -D<CTRY>
Where <CTRY> is the name of the country where this modem
will be used.

5. To use the dialRCKT dialer, edit the /usr/lib/uucp/Devices file so
that the fifth field now reads:
ACU ttyr0A - 38400 /usr/lib/uucp/dialRCKT
