Blue Cheese and Pecan Spread
Serve with tortilla chips or crisp vegetables. For a less
pungent tasle, use tiat-leaf parsley instead of cilantro
You can substitute collage cheese lor all or pari of the
cream cheese and you can substitute walnuts for
pecans.

chopped, about 10 seconds. Add cream cheese and

scallion until minced, aboul 15 seconds. Scrape down
work bowl. Add avocados and all remaining
ingredienis except tomato. Process unlil smooth,
about 1 minute, scraping bowl as necessary. Add
tomato and pulse aboul 6 to 8 times, until il is linely
chopped. Adjust sail if necessary.
