Equipment Positioning

Place the components at the selected location and position them in
such a way that they permit easy operation and provide adequate
spacing for interconnections and power connections. All
components should be positioned in such a manner that the
interconnecting cables are not stressed.

Suggested positioning of the equipment for operation with the
operator facing the front panels of the equipment is:

1.

The Sensor Unit is placed to the left of the Computer.

2.

The Computer CPU is placed in the center with its Color
Monitor placed on top. The Keyboard and Mouse are
placed in front. In the case of a free standing CPU, the
Color Monitor is placed on a flat surface with the
Keyboard and Mouse in front.

3.

The Printer, if present, is placed to the right of the
Computer.
