4.1.6 Restricted Services User Configuration
TC/Web offers the possibility to restrict the use of
services for each user. On the Rights tab there is
the ‘Restrict use of services’ check
box.
If this check box is selected
, each of the user‟s
services must be marked separately with one of
the two settings described below. If checked, all
services are automatically reset to Authorization
needed.
Authorization: The user cannot
immediately use the service, but can
specify recipients with this service and
send messages to an authorizing user
for authorization. The authorizing user
must have proper authorization;
otherwise he/she can only reject
messages.
Use without: The service can be used
immediately for sending. No sending
authorization required.
Each user must have at least the service used for
internal sending set to Use without restriction in
order to be able to send a message to an
