Adjusting the Volume
Adjust the MASTER VOLUME control while
playing to set the desired overall volume level.
The other volume controls—SOUND EFFECTS,
RHYTHM, BASS, CHORD, ORCHESTRA and
SOLO—allow the volume of the corresponding
parts to be adjusted in relation to each other.
The ORCHESTRA VOLUME control, for ex­
ample, can be used to adjust the volume of
the selected ORCHESTRA voice. The other
volume controls will be described in the appro­
priate sections of this Owner's Guide.
Transposition; Shifting Pitch in
Semitone Steps
The PSR-4500 TRANSPOSE function makes it
possible to shift the pitch of the entire key­
board up or down in semitone intervals up to a
maximum of six semitones. "Transposing"
the pitch of the PSR-4500 keyboard makes it
easier to play in difficult key signatures, and
you can simply match the pitch of the key­
board to the range of a singer or other instru­
mentalist.

Die anderen Lautstärkeregler wie SOUND

BASS VOLUME, ORCHESTRA VOLUME
und SOLO VOLUME erlauben das Abgleichen
des Lautstärkeverhältnis zwischen den einzelnen
Stimmenarten. Mit dem ORCHESTRA
VOLUME-Regler können Sie z. B. die relative
Lautstärke von ORCHESTRA-Stimmen festle­
gen. Die anderen Lautstärkeregler sind in den
entsprechenden Abschnitten dieser Anleitung
erklärt.

en jouant pour régler le niveau d'ensemble du
volume. Les autres commandes de volume

Tonlage in Halbtonschritten
Mit Hilfe der TRANSPOSE-Funktion des
PSR-4500 können Sie die Tonlage des gesamten
Manuals in Halbtonschritten um bis zu 6
Halbtöne erhöhen oder senken. Transponieren
der Tonlage des PSR-4500 erleichtert oft das
Spielen mit schwierigen Tonarten. Außerdem
können Sie damit die Tonhöhe des Keyboards an
Sänger und Begleitinstrumente anpassen.
Transposition: Variation de la
hauteur tonale par bonds d'un
demi-ton
La fonction TRANSPOSE du PSR-4500 permet
de monter ou de baisser la hauteur de tout le
clavier par bonds d'un demi-ton, jusqu'à un
maximum de six demi-tons. La "transposition"
de la hauteur du clavier du PSR-4500 facilite
l'exécution en clefs à armure difficile et permet
d'accorder la hauteur tonale du clavier sur le
régistre d'un chanteur ou d'un autre instru-
mentaliste.

Transposición: Desplazamiento
del tono en pasos de semitono
La función TRANSPOSE del PSR-4500 hace
posible cambiar el tono de todo el teclado ascen­
dente o descendentemente en intervalos de semi­
tonos hasta un máximo de seis semitonos.
La “transposición" del tono del teclado del
PSR-4500 facilita la interpretación en signaturas
de clave difícil, y usted podrá adaptar de forma
simple el tono del teclado al tono de un cantante
o de otro instrumentista.
