Advanced class: time for a more
accomplished performance.
Here’s how to enjoy an ensemble per­
formance featuring a combination of
Solo and Orchestra voices:
1. Depress the ORCHESTRA ON/OFF (g)
and SOLO ON/OFF @ selectors.
Z Set the ORCHESTRA VOLUME
control @ at MAX and the SOLO
VOLUME control
@ at about the
three-quarters position.
3. Decide on your combination of
Orchestra and Solo voices. Some
examples are shown below.

4. Now, if a chord is piayed, a Solo

Note
When STRING ENSEMBLE and VIOLIN or
TRUMPET are used in combination, a “beat”
or pulsing sound can be heard when long
single notes are played. This is caused by
the slight difference in the periods of the
built-in String vibrato and the Violin vibrato;
the sound may be heard as a beautiful
sound if a chord is played.

Wenn Sie einzelne langangehaltenen Noten
spielen und Streicher-Ensemble (STRING
ENSEMBLE), Violine (VIOLIN) oder Trompete
(TRUMPET) kombinieren, so ist ein pulsie­
render Ton zu hören. Dies kommt durch eine
geringe Phasenverschiebung zwischen Streicher­
und Violinen-Vibrato. Der Effekt ist sehr schön,
wenn Sie einen Akkord spielen.
Remarque
Lorsque Ensemble Cordes (STRING ENSEM­
BLE) et Violon (VIOLIN) ou Trompette
(TRUMPET) sont utilisés ensemble, une
“cadence” ou mouvement rythmé se fait
entendre lorsque des notes isolées et
longues sont jouées. Cet effet a pour cause
la légère différence dans les périodes du
vibrato Cordes Incorporé et du vibrato
Violon; le son est particulièrement riche si
un accord est joué.
Nota
Cuando se utiliza la combinación Conjunto de
Cuerdas y Violin o Trompeta, podrá escucharse
un sonido pulsante cuando se toquen notas sueltas
largas. Esto se origina por la ligera diferencia en los
periodos del vibrato de Cuerda incorporado y el
vibrato de Violín; el sonido sonará con gran
