Erasing All Messages

Recording a Greeting Message
You can re-record your greeting message on the line(s) for
which the answering system is already on
1 Press @
You will hear a voice prompt followed by a long beep
2 After the beep, talk for up to 2 minutes
3 When you finish recording, press [9]
4 Your greeting will be played back for confirmation
•3 seconds after playback, the voice menu will start again from the beginning
• If you hear
“Memory
full" after playback, erase some, or all, of the messages
