D-VHS
D-VHS VCR Control Panel
The STB allows you to control a Panasonic D-VHS VCR through the digital interface.
The on-screen panel of D-VHS VCR control buttons in the D-VHS menu lets you
record and playback digital programs.
Note:
The STB must be on when D-VHS VCR is recording.
Control Panel
n In D-VHS Menu, select Controls.

Use ^
A
and ▼ arrow buttons to select a command.

Press the ACTION button to execute the command.
□
Press ^ arrow twice to exit to Roller Guide.
Note:
A status box wili appear in the upper light comer describing the command being
executed.
Minimizing Control Panel
The STB also allows you to minimize the D-VHS VCR control panel into a title bar, to
reduce the portion of the picture blocked by the control panel.
Title Bar

In D-VHS Menu, select Minimize.

Press the ACTION button to minimize the control panel into a title bar.

Use 4 and ^ arrow buttons to select a command.
□
Press the ACTION button to execute the command.
□
Select ▲, then press the ACTION button to maximize the control panel,
n Press ^ arrow once to exit to Roller Guide.
Note:
The title bar will appear at the bottom of the screen.
