EdgeAccess Ethernet Switch
When the Main Menu screen appears, select a screen to set up, monitor, or change system settings for
the Switch configurations. The Main Menu is has eight different Screen Menu Items:

Screen Menu Item Description
System IP Addressing, BOOTP Enable, TFTP
Switch Configuration System configuration settings
Port Information Individual or group port status information
Reports System reports
Diagnostics System diagnostics
Restore Defaults Restores all factory defaults except for:

IP Address
• Gateway Address
• Subnet Mask
• SLIP Port settings
Restart Unit Restarts the unit
Logout Logs the current user out
Note: Restarting the unit will disrupt the flow of data during the restart sequence.
3.2.1 System Menu
Main system settings are configured from the System Menu.
