1. Move within the wireless network.
2. Verify that the wireless network router(s) are powered up and properly
configured.
3. Connect CP 200 radio. Verify that the CP 200 radio lights are blinking or
solid to indicate action.
4. Check the CP 200 network settings and connectivity mode. Verify that
these settings match the access point settings.
CP 200 ping operation

6. Check the services to verify that the Data Catcher service is running.
7. Verify that the C:\Program Files\Welch Allyn\DataCatcher\SavedCopies
folder has new files with a date/time stamp about when you sent it and
that the folder updates as you send more tests.

If yes, Data Catcher is getting files. Check CPSAPI.
•
If no, Data Catcher is not working. Reinstall CardioPerfect Database
Connectivity and/or Additional Wireless Support or check firewall.
8. Verify that the CardioPerfect Services service is running.
9. Ensure that Connectivity Mode is set to Wireless.
