IR Sensors
The Valor 7000 is equipped with two IR sensors, one at the front (see figure 3-5) and one at the
rear (see figure 3-3). The front and rear sensors perform the same function. The sensors can be
activated by a hand or other object that is placed at a specified distance in front of the sensor
locations. The sensor activation distance will vary based on the reflective nature of the object. If
unwanted activations occur due to unique situations the sensor can be turned off. See section
4.3 Setup Menu for available settings.
