2. To view an individual contract, the operator
presses the Add Contract softkey. The
indicator prompts, Enter Contract Number .
3. Key in the known contract number followed
by the Enter key. The 920i displays the
contract information.
4. If the operator presses the Print key, an
individual contract report is printed.
5. If the operator presses the CLR key, the total
for that individual contract is cleared to 0.
4.3 Changing Supervisor Password
Press the Change Password softkey to change the
default password. The following screen appears.

1. Key in the new password, followed by the
Enter key.
2. The indicator prompts, Re-Enter to Verify. The
operator re-enters the new password followed
by the
Enter key.
Note that once the password is changed, there is no way
to recover the old password.
4.4 Change Time and Date
The user can change the time and date on the indicator
by pressing the
Time/Date softkey.
1. The indicator prompts the current time and
waits for the operator to key in the new
24-hour time.

2. Key in the time HHMM followed by the Enter
key. The indicator then displays the current
date and waits for the operator to key in the
new date
3. Key in the new date MMDDYY followed by
the Enter key. The new time and date is now
set.
