BLC Button
• Do not change image composition once BLC button is pressed.
• Release BLC button at any time to cancel backlight compensation.
• A little backlight does not require backlight compensation and may result in
overexposure if BLC button is pressed. Be sure subjects appear dark in the
viewfinder before using the backlight compensation function.

The high speed shutter does not work well in dim lighting or under fluores
cent lights. Use this function outdoors with bright light or provide additional
lighting.
Scenes shot with a high speed shutter will appear somewhat blurred during
normal playback.
A scene shot with high speed shutter works best with special playback. Use
a VTR capable of noise-free special playback for best results.
If the camera is turned off and on again, shutter setting automatically returns
to normal (1/50).
