Procedure
Click the Start point in the graphic display, drag the
mouse to the right to the desired End point, and then
release.
Double-click anywhere in the graphics display, or
open the Edit menu and select Select All.
Play the file. When you hear the sound you want to
use as the Start Point, hold down the (Select
Range During Playback) as the passage plays. Release
the button at the end of the desired segment, and then
click 1*1 (Stop).
Hold down the SHIFT key on the keyboard, place the
mouse cursor at the desired location and then click.
Click anywhere on the Range Start or Range End
areas (to the left and right of I****I, respectively).
Then click the up or down arrow to adjust the time
by 1/100th second.
