CAUTION
Since the RB26 cast stock oil pan can vary in
surface level on the inside, there may be additional
work required to the baffle plates to allow fitment.
Do not use excessive force during the installation
process. Just test fit it 1st and look for interfering
contact points. Then make the adjustments required
on the baffle plate as shown in the following
illustration (or similar). Which can be done with an
electric grinder or hand file? Do not cut too much
from the baffle plate. Just cut a little each time and
test fit again. Try not to make any unwanted gaps as
the products purpose is to control the oil flow.
【Procesing Work Required】
When you do a test fitment, you will then need to check how much (if any) adjustments to the baffle plate
corners to be removed. The sections shown above for (A) + (B) is a rough guideline.

4. Installing the top baffle plate.
Use the 1x L15 bolt (for the spacer) ,
2x L10 bolts (both supplied in the kit)
and reuse the stock bolt (L10) to
install the top baffle plate.

pan.
CAUTION
■ Please check for any signs of oil leaks and if there is sufficient engine oil amount supply prior to driving.
Failure to do so can lead to terminal engine failure or worse.
