1. Press under the word TAM to display the TAM main
menu list.
2. Press up or down to scroll to TAM Settings and
then press under the word Select.
3. Press under the word Select to choose Answer Mode.
4. Press up or down to select ANS & REC or Answer
Only and then press under the word Select.
Note : The Answer only message will be played if your
answering machine becomes full.
Recording Outgoing Message
(each message can be up to 1 minute)
Using the Handset to record “ANS & REC”:
The default announcement is “Please leave your message
after the tone. ”
To change the message:
1. Press under the word TAM to display the TAM main
menu list.
2. Press up or down to scroll to TAM Settings and
then press under the word Select.
3. Press down to select Announce and then press
under the word Select.
4. Press under the word Select to select ANS & REC.
5. Press down to select Record MESS and then press
under the word Select.
6. Record your announcement after the tone. Recording will
stop automatically after 1 minute or you can confirm and
end the recording by pressing under the word Select.
During the recording, the LCD will show “Recording”.
7. The announcement will be played back immediately. If you
do not like your message, record your announcement again
or restore it to the default one.
