g. Click the plus (+) sign next to the backup file to display the System State icon.
h. Click the check box next to System State, and then click Next.
i. Click Advanced.
The Where to Restore window is displayed.
j. In the Restore files to field, choose Original location, and then click Next.
The How to Restore window is displayed.
k. Select Replace existing files, and then click Next.
The Advanced Restore Options window is displayed.
l. Clear all check boxes, and then click Next.
8. Click Finish to begin the restore process, and then click OK.
9. Restart your system after the restore process completes.
NOTE: Because the operating system must replace all locked files on the system during restoration, it may take
the system approximately 15 minutes to restart.
Restoring Initial System Setup
After the operating system is reinstalled on the NAS system, you may need to reconfigure the system's network settings. See
" Initial Configuration " and " Configuring Network Properties " for information on reconfiguring the network settings.
