identically in
size, speed and
rank.
The installed memory
modules are not matched

Error 8602:
Auxiliary device
failure. Verify
that mouse and
keyboard are
securely attached
to correct
connectors.
Loose or improperly
connected mouse or
keyboard cable; faulty
mouse or keyboard. Replace the mouse. If the
problem persists, replace
the keyboard.
Gate A20 failure Faulty keyboard controller
(faulty system board). See "Getting Help" on
page 141.
General failure The operating system is
unable to carry out the
command. This message is usually
followed by specific
information. Take the
appropriate action to
resolve the problem.
