4.6 QUADTEC DETECTOR WAKE-UP PROGRAM
Program # 30 is reserved for the Wake-Up function, enabling the lamp to be turned on or to preset a
wavelength program time or date. For example, if the lamp was switched off overnight, the Wake-Up function
can be used to switch on and preheat it the next day. Editing program # 30 will show the following screen:

In this window the desired wake-up time, date, and program can be set by means of the numeric keys. Then:
1. On loading the Wake-Up program, the question “Switch lamp OFF? Confirm by cursor” will be
displayed. Pressing any arrow key will then switch the lamp off and start the Wake-Up program. The
activated program is indicated by a blinking Wake-Up screen in the display.
2. As soon as the preset time is reached, the lamp is switched on, the wavelength set according to the
chosen program and an autozero is performed.
4.7 GLP MENU
The GLP report provides the operating statistics of the detector.
