Working with Your Company Information
Updating Your Company Detail Information
1. In the My Company Admin menu on the left side of the page, click My Company Details. The Company page
displays.
2. Update the information in the fields as necessary.
Note: The fields marked with an
*
are required.
3. Click the Edit button. A message displays at the top of the page to indicate that the change was successful.
Adding Sites
1. In the My Company Admin menu on the left side of the page, click My Sites.
2. In the expanded menu, click Add a Site to My Company.
3. Click the Add link.
4. In the Site Name field, type a name for the new site.
5. In the Part of My Company field, click the drop-down arrow, and then select your company from the list.
6. Click the Add button.
Updating Sites
1. In the My Company Admin menu on the left side of the page, click My Sites.
2. In the expanded menu, click Edit My Sites. The list displays the sites that you have added.
3. Find the row for the site that you want to update, and then click the Edit button.
4. Update the Site Name field as necessary.
5. Click Edit.
Deleting Sites
1. In the My Company Admin menu on the left side of the page, click My Sites.
2. In the expanded menu, click Edit My Sites. The list displays the sites that you have added.
3. Find the row for the site that you want to delete, and then click the Delete button. The site displays on the
Delete page.
4. Click the Confirm Delete button. The Sites in My Company page redisplays and shows a message that the
deletion was successful.
