Adding Programs
1. In the main BaseManager interface, select the site and controller that you want to add a program to.
a. From the list under the All tab on the left side of the map, click the site. The controllers assigned to that
site are listed below the site name.
b. Click the controller that you want to work with. A blue arrow displays next to the controller that is
selected.
2. Click the Programs tab.
3. Click the New Program button. The New Program Setup dialog box displays.
4. In the Program field, choose a number for the program that you are adding.
5. In the Zone field, choose the first zone that you want to add to the program.
6. To add another zone, click the Add Zone button, and then choose the appropriate zone from the list.
7. Repeat step 6 to add all zones that you want to be in the program.
8. In the Runtime field, type a number. If you want to set up soak cycles, leave the Runtime field blank.
9. Click Save. The new program displays in the list. Continue with step 3 in the Changing Program Settings topic
for the specific Baseline controller that you are working with.
Changing Program Settings (BaseStation 3200 Controller)
1. In the main BaseManager interface, select the site and controller that you want to change the program
settings for.
a. From the list under the All tab on the left side of the map, click the site. The controllers assigned to that
site are listed below the site name.
b. Click the controller that you want to work with. A blue arrow displays next to the controller that is
selected.
2. Click the Programs tab.
3. In the list, find the row for the program that you want to change, and then click the Edit Program button.
IMPORTANT! When you click Edit Program, a Save button displays on the end of the program row. Click this
button to save all changes that you make to the program.
4. In the Description field, type a name that helps to identify this program.
Note: Limit the number of characters in the description to 32 characters (BaseStation 1000) or 42 characters
(BaseStation 3200). If you enter a longer description, the controller will automatically shorten it, and then pass
the new version back to BaseManager.
5. Make sure there is a check mark in the Enabled field.
6. In the Priority field, click the arrow and select the priority that you want to assign to this program.
7. In the Concurrency field, type a number to indicate how many zones can run at the same time in this program.
8. Under the program row, click on a heading to expand the section in order to change the program information.
Note: To collapse an expanded section, click on the heading row again.
