you want the program to start when the switch is open or closed. In the Water Schedule box, click the
arrow, and then select the schedule that you want to use with this start condition.
• To set up a temperature sensor start condition, click the Enabled check box at the right end of the
Temperature Start heading. In the field on the left, click the arrow, and then select the temperature
sensor that you want to use for this start condition. In the Limit Type field, click the arrow, and then select
whether you want to use the upper or lower limit. In the Limit field, type the temperature that you want
to use for the start condition. In the Water Schedule box, click the arrow, and then select the schedule
that you want to use with this start condition.
Water Windows
Expand the Water Window section, and then perform the following task:
• Click the arrow in the top center box, and then select whether you want to set up a Daily or Weekly water
window schedule. The boxes in the grid represent the hours in a day starting with 12:00 midnight on the
left. Blue boxes mean that watering is allowed. Use the Turn All Off or Turn All On buttons to change the
water window settings with one click.
Stop Conditions
Expand the Stop Program section, and then perform any of the following tasks:
• To set up a moisture sensor stop condition, click the Enabled check box at the right end of the Moisture
Stop heading. In the field on the left, click the arrow, and then select the moisture sensor that you want to
use for this stop condition. In the Limit Type field, click the arrow, and then select whether you want to
use the upper or lower limit. In the Limit field, type the limit that you want to use for the stop condition.
• To set up an event switch stop condition, click the Enabled check box at the right end of the Switch or
Event Stop heading. In the field on the left, click the arrow, and then select the event switch device that
you want to use for this stop condition. In the Limit Type field, click the arrow, and then select whether
you want the program to stop when the switch is open or closed.
• To set up a temperature sensor stop condition, click the Enabled check box at the right end of the
Temperature Stop heading. In the field on the left, click the arrow, and then select the temperature sensor
that you want to use for this stop condition. In the Limit Type field, click the arrow, and then select
whether you want to use the upper or lower limit. In the Limit field, type the temperature that you want
to use for the stop condition.
Pause Conditions
Expand the Pause Program section, and then perform any of the following tasks:
• To set up a moisture sensor pause condition, click the Enabled check box at the right end of the Moisture
Pause heading. In the field on the left, click the arrow, and then select the moisture sensor that you want
to use for this pause condition. In the Limit Type field, click the arrow, and then select whether you want
to use the upper or lower limit. In the Limit field, type the limit that you want to use for the pause
condition. In the Pause Time field, type the number of minutes you want the system to pause when this
condition is activated.
• To set up an event switch pause condition, click the Enabled check box at the right end of the Switch or
Event Pause heading. In the field on the left, click the arrow, and then select the event switch device that
you want to use for this start condition. In the Limit Type field, click the arrow, and then select whether
