Configure PM300 Monitor (Canola)
This is the current seed monitor manual relied upon for
the user interface instructions in this section:
Refer to Figure 16 (depicting a YP825AR-16TR30,
U.S. customary units, rows 1-4 in Blockage mode, Row 5 I/O
currently selected, and row 6 in Population mode)
Canola and mustard are singulated seeds when planted
using the 817-991C 250 cell canola seed disk.
1.
Set up the ground drive per the charts on
pages 41 and 42.
2.
Press the PLANTER SETUP
key. Press the
Right Arrow
key to select Configuration 2
a
.
This moves the Planter Configuration Indicator
under the “2” in the Configuration block
.
3.
Use the Down Arrow key (
or
) to move the
input focus to Row I/O at the bottom of the screen.
Press the ENTER
to begin altering row I/O. This
auto-selects row 1. Rows default to population
mode
(your setup may vary).
4.
As each row icon is selected, press the Up or Down
Arrow key (
or
) to change the icon to
blockage
.
5.
Press the Right Arrow key (
) to move to the next
row. Repeat step 4 and step 5 until all rows are
Blockage. Changes are saved as made.
6.
Press the Operate button
to begin planting.
