Front Drive, Center and Right Sections
Refer to Figure 19
61. Select one each new:
195-269H 40’-3S FERT DRIVE WELDMENT RH
802-034C HHCS 1/2-13X1 1/4 GR5
804-015C WASHER LOCK SPRING 1/2 PLT
803-020C NUT HEX 1/2-13 PLT
62. Position the weldment at the front right corner
of the mainframe. Align the right edge of the
weldment against the frame side rail, and position
the right rear hole over a hole
in the frame
gusset. Make sure both left base holes are on either
side of the front frame tube (to accept U-bolt at
step 65).
Insert a bolt
through the right rear hole of the
weldment base. Loosely secure with a lock
washer
and nut .
63. Select one each new:

806-060C U-BOLT 1/2-13 X 6 1/32 X 7 1/4
802-034C HHCS 1/2-13X1 1/4 GR5
and three sets new of:
804-113C WASHER FLAT 1/2 USS HARD PLT
804-015C WASHER LOCK SPRING 1/2 PLT
803-020C NUT HEX 1/2-13 PLT
64. Position the Small Seeds drive on top of the
fertilizer weldment .
65. Install the U-bolt up through the left side holes
of the drive and loosely secure with flat
washers
, lock washers and nuts .
Insert bolt through washer , and right
forward hole of drive (not visible in Figure). Add lock
washer
, another flat washer , and nut .
Tighten all nuts.
Refer to Figure 20 (drive shown without drill frame)
66. Select one new:
822-119C BRG 7/8HEXX2.05OD SPH
and two sets new:
822-032C FLANGETTE 52 MST
802-282C RHSNB 5/16-18X1 GR5
804-009C WASHER LOCK SPRING 5/16 PLT
803-008C NUT HEX 5/16-18 PLT
67. At the Small Seeds drive, sandwich the bearing
between the flangettes , and mount the
assembly at the forward open flangette hole of
the fertilizer weldment . Mount from the left
(outside the drive), with the bolts inserted from
the right. Secure with lock washers and
nuts .
