the charts beginning on page 127. Your value may
not be, for example, precisely 40.0 ft.
The controller uses this value to determine the cali-
brated motor rate-vs-ground speed needed to seed
at your desired rate.

Although the calibration sample is collected with the
drill stationary, the controller operates the hydraulic
drive at the same rpm that would be used in the field
for this speed.
