17. Install (2) #10 and (1) #8 escutcheon mounting screws through
inside escutcheon (See Figure F).
18. Tighten inside lever set screw with security torx screwdriver
(See Figure F).
19. Install lock front with 2 security torx screws.
20. Turn-Piece Functions Only - Rotate turn-piece toward lock front. Make sure
tailpiece is oriented vertically. If tailpiece is oriented horizontally remove
turn-piece set screw, remove tailpiece, re-insert tailpiece oriented vertically,
then re-install set screw in second threaded hole in turn-piece (See Figure G).
21. Turn-Piece Functions Only - Hold turn-piece against door and make sure the
screw holes are aligned horizontally. Install first turn-piece mounting screw.
Rotate turn-piece to locked position and install second turn-piece mounting
screw (See Figure H).
NOTE: In installing on a metal door, be sure to mark and pre-drill holes first.
12. With lever in an up position, insert spindle in the outside trim assembly.
13. Align (4) mounting posts with thrubolt holes in door and install outside trim
assembly. Keep lever in an “up” position when installing (See Figure D).
NOTE: After trim is installed, rotate lever to make sure spindle is engaged in lock.
14. Insert spindle from adapter plate kit into lockbody on inside of door.
15. Slide inside adapter plate over spindle and install inside adapter plate with two
#8 adapter mounting screws (See Figure E).
NOTE: Make sure the adapter plate tab and set screw hole face the lock front prior
to mounting screws.
16. Install inside trim assembly. Keep lever in an “up” position when installing.
Use cast-in posts on back of escutcheon to help align the trim.
NOTE: After trim is installed, rotate lever to make sure spindle is engaged in lock.
NOTE: Be sure to hand the lockbody before installing.

1. Install strike on frame with supplied screws. The strike
lip must be oriented toward the pull side of the door.
2. Insert the lockbody into the door. Secure lock in door
by hand tightening the supplied screws.
NOTE: Make sure the lock is unlocked before installing.
3. Cylinder Functions Only – Slide cylinder(s) through
spring, spacer and collar and thread into the lockbody
until cylinder face is flush with collar. Pull the key slightly
out of the cylinder to help thread (See Figure B).
9. Mark (2) thrubolt holes.
NOTE: Repeats steps 6-9 on other side of door.
10. Remove template and spindle.
11. Drill thrubolt holes with 9/16" drill bit halfway thru the door.
NOTE: Drill both sides of door.
NOTE: Logo must be horizontal and on the top portion of the cylinder.
4. Cylinder Functions Only - Fully tighten cylinder set screw.
5. Fully tighten lockbody mounting screws.
6. Insert spindle from adapter plate kit in lockbody
7. Slide plastic template over spindle.
NOTE: Make sure template is oriented correctly (See Figure C).
8. Square template to edge of door (See Figure C).
