The sending or
receiving device is not
configured properly for
IR.
Configure each device for
IR according to the
manufacturer's
instructions. For more
information, see
ActiveSync Help on your
desktop computer.
The receiving device is
not compatible with
the sending device.
Transfer files another
way, such as through the
auto-sync cable.
Can't transfer more
than one file at a time
using the IR port.
The device is designed
to transfer one file (or
25 Contact cards) at a
time when sending
data to another device.
Transfer only the
recommended number of
files at one time.
