• Choose “Modify or repair current installation” select ‘Next’.
• ‘International’ installation screen will come up. Choose ‘Next’
• Choose “Finish” when installation is complete.
• Reboot your computer, if the device is still in the USB port, take it out and move it around to
activate the motion detector and wake the device up. Re‐insert the device in the USB port. Open
Past Track. Select the Download button

• When the Download screen displays, Choose Find Unit
• When Past Track finds the unit, click OK.
• Choose the Download button to download your device
Problem: The time is the Activity Report of my Tracking Key doesn’t match my local time zone. How
do I change the time on my key?
Solution: In Past‐Track, in the program menu, click on Setup and select 'Set Time Zone’
The Set Time Zone and Display Format screen will open. Select ‘Set time zone with GMT offset’ and slide
the pointer back or forward to adjust the time to meet your local time zone.
