Display and keypad backlight
Backlight on the handset
– When the handset is in sleep mode, all backlight is off.
– During operation all backlight is fully on.
– During normal calls all backlight is dimmed.
– During hands-free calls, when the handset is placed in the
Speaker Phone and charging, all backlight is reduced.
– When the handset is placed in the charger, the display backlight
is reduced and the keypad backlights is off.
Moreover, the backlight is switched on when you press a key, lift
up the handset and when it is ringing.
