Field Wiring Connections

In solid-state control systems, grounding and wire routing helps limit the effects of noise due to
electromagnetic interference (EMI).

Wire the Modules

Included with your 2085-IQ16 module are two single 12-pin Removable Terminal Blocks
(RTB). Included with your 2085-IQ32T module is a keyed 40-pin male connector.

Basic Wiring to the Module

ATTENTION: Do not wire more than 2 conductors on any single terminal.
