NOTE: Word 4 of the BTR instruction is broken down into
two bytes. The High byte contains the status bits
per table 3.B. The low byte contains the Drive
message length in bytes.

Message Operation – The WRITE SYSTEM CLOCK function sets the
time in the Drive from the PLC Controller. The Drive stores time in the 24
hour format. The values are integer type and may need to be scaled by the
PLC Controller prior to being sent to the Drive.
