Opening a File

This section shows how to open an existing file.

To open a file:

1. Click on Open under the File heading or click on the Open File Tool.

2. When the Open Menu appears, select the drive and folder in which the

desired file is placed, then select the desired file.

3. Click OK.

Editing a File

This section shows how to edit a file.

Editing Marker Text

After opening the file, double click on the marker you wish to edit. The text
for the current marker (highlighted in blue) will appear in the text window
located in the upper right corner.
