1 . Install the Bu l l Ho r n ™ in the eng in e c ompar t me nt . P l a ce in an a r ea t h at i s
dry and for w a r d of the engine t o min i mize hea t .
2 . Place t he h orn on downwa r d angle to p r even t water fro m e nt e rin g t h e
tr u mpet. Using the horn ' s mounting bracket as a template mar k t he t w o ( 2 )
bracket holes. D rill the ma rk ed locations , be sure you clea r hoses and wir e
cab l e . S ecure to veh i cle using the bolts , washers and nuts provided .
WIRING
1. I M PORTA N T - For b e st p erformance, conn e ct red wire from the Bu l l Horn ™
t o a h e a v y d u ty switch . (Sw i tch not includ e d) . See Fig . A .
2 . C onnect the other terminal of the switch to a positive (+) 12 volt source of
power - battery , al t ernator , fuse block , e t c . Use at least 16 gauge wire. To
pr o tect your horn p u rchase , if the 1 2 volt circu i t being used for power i s not
fus e d , i nstal l a 25 ampere f use in t o th i s w i re.
NOTE : If horn is mounted ( secured ) on plastic a ground w ire is needed .
