Click on “Help” in the actions panel at the right for further information about
using the Arkeia Physical Appliance.
2.6. Set a Hostname and a Static IP Address
CAUTION: Arkeia strongly recommends that you assign a static
IP address to all Appliances and Backup Servers. Using DHCP
Servers to assign IP addresses to Appliances or Backup
Servers can cause unexpected grief.
Navigate to Configure  Appliance  Network
1. Enter the Appliance Password (default = arkeia)
2. Click “Validate”
Next, assign a hostname to the Arkeia Appliance
