Système d’épandage mécanique
1) Rampe d’épandage mécanique
a) Mise en route et pré-réglage
• Régler l’alimentation de l’épandeur pour obtenir le
dosage correct assuré par le dispositif d’alimentation
proportionnelle.
La rampe n’est qu’un instrument de répartition.
Ouvrir tous les orifices de :
- 16 mm (8 divisions) sur les extensions pour un
dosage de 1000l/ha.
- 6 divisions sur la partie centrale.
(à ajuster si la dose s’écarte de ces chiffres).
• Avant de commencer, remplir la goulotte en faisant
une boucle en fourrière sans faire tourner la vis.
L’amorçage de l’épandage sera alors très rapide.
• Avancer à la vitesse compatible avec l’état du terrain et le
relief.
• Juger de l’épandage après 30 ou 40 mètres de
parcours.
Ouvrir davantage si trop de produit sort à l’extrémité
des extensions, fermer si le produit ne va pas assez
loin.
• Corriger, si nécessaire, l’équilibre de l’épandage en
jouant sur les différentes sections des vannes :
P RODUITS TRÈS COULANTS :
- refermer de 2 divisions la vanne de la partie centrale
de la rampe d’épandage.
P RODUITS PEU COULANTS :
- ouvrir de 2 divisions la dernière vanne des extensions.
I MPORTANT :
N’utiliser que la transmission tracteur/machine à limiteur de
couple (tarage: 200 Nm).

Bei mechanischer Ausbringung
1) Mechanische Ausbringungsrampe
a) Inbetriebnahme und Einstellungen
• Die Speisung des Streuers so einstellen, dass die
Dosierung mit der verhältnismäßigen
Zuführvorrichtung übereinstimmt.
Die Rampe ist nur ein Verteilungsinstrument.
Alle Öffnungen auf folgende Öffnungsweite einstellen:
- 16 mm (8 Einteilungen) an den Seitenteilen für eine
Dosierung von 1000 l/ ha.
- 6 Einteilungen am zentralen Teil.
(nachstellen, wenn die Dosierung von diesen
Zahlen abweicht)
• Vor Arbeitsbeginn die Zuführorgane füllen, indem Sie
eine Runde drehen, ohne die Zuführschnecke
einzuschalten. Die Streuung läuft dann fast sofort an.
• Fahrgeschwindigkeit an die Bodenverhältnisse und die
Neigung anpassen.
• Nach 30 bis 40 m Streuweg Ausbringung beurteilen.
Klappe weiter öffnen, wenn an den Seitenteilen zuviel
Streugut ausläuft, schließen, wenn das Streugut nicht
weit genug läuft.
• Wenn notwendig die Gleichmäßigkeit der Ausbringung
korrigieren durch individuelles Einstellen einzelner
Abschnitte an den Schiebern:
R IESELFÄHIGES S TREUGUT :
- Schieber am zentralen Teil der Ausbringungsrampe um
zwei Einteilungen schließen
W ENIG RIESELFÄHIGES S TREUGUT :
- Letzten Schieber der Seitenteile um 2 Einteilungen
öffnen.
W ICHTIG :
Nur die Gelenkwelle mit Drehmomentbegrenzer verwenden
(Tarierwert 200 Nm).

Mechanical spreading system
1) Mechanical spreading boom
a) Start-up and pre-settings
• Adjust the supply to the spreader to obtain the right
dose from the proportional supply system.
The boom only acts as a distributor.
Open each opening by:
- 16 mm (8 segments) on the extensions to give a
dose of 1,000 l/ha.
- 6 segments on the central section.
(adjust if the dose differs from these figures).
• Before starting, fill the chute by turning around in the
headland without rotating the screw.
Spreading will now begin very quickly.
• Advance at a suitable speed for the ground conditions
and layout.
• Assess the spreading performance after 30 or 40
metres.
Open further if too much product is coming out of the
ends of the extensions, and reduce the opening if the
product is going too far.
• Adjust the various valve sections to change the
balance of the spread, if necessary:
E ASY - FLOWING PRODUCTS :
- close off two segments of the valve on the central
section of the spreading boom.
S LOW - FLOWING PRODUCTS :
- open two segments of the last extension valve.
I MPORTANT :
Only use the slip-clutch operated tractor/machine transmission
(setting: 200 Nm).
