Writing time program into a Zone
The switching parameters must be loaded into 00F6h-0141h.
After this the Zone Nr. and 41h must be loaded into address 0142h
Command 41h will start the writing procedure.

Writing is completed if Error is 0.
Possible Error types and codes are listed here:
In case of any error the writing of the good data will
also be prohibited. Data checking will be carried out
only at active-state programs.
The same program can be writing into different
zones. To do this write new data only into 0142h-
0143h registers.
