3. Cooling Flow:
(A)
Verify the cooling flow
Adjusting Clamp is open
(C)
Place Pump into a bucket of water
and check flow
(B)
Remove the Cooling Transfer
Tube from the Blade Guard inlet
(D)
Remove the Cooling Transfer
Tube and check for flow
(E)
Remove the Pump Discharge
Fitting and check for flow
(I)
Remove the Blade Guard
Intake Fitting
(H)
Remove the Pump Casing and check
for restriction in the casing. Check
the Impeller damage
(G)
Remove the 3 Pump Casing
Retaining Screws
(F)
Remove the Pump Intake
Screen and check for debris –
clean the screen if necessary
Go to
Step C
Check Impeller
for damage
If flow exist,
go to Step E
If flow exist, go
to Step D
Pull Tab
to loosen
If flow exists,
go to Step A
Pull to
Remove
Cover Pump suction
with water
Pull to
Remove
If flow exist,
go to Step F
Remove
Discharge Fitting
Pull Intake Screen
to remove
If Screen clean,
go to Step G
Phillips
Screwdriver
Once Screws
removed, go
to Step H
Check for
restriction
If no damage
or restrictions,
go to Step I
Turn counter-
Clockwise
to loosen
Go to
Step J
Intake Fitting
