MAINTENANCE AND TROUBLESHOOTING
3. Monthly Maintenance:
The following maintenance should be performed Monthly.

Remove the Diamond Blade
Retaining
Screw and
Outer Flange
Rotate Blade Wrench
counter-clockwise
to loosen
(D)
Verify the Roller Wheel
Assembly is tight and in
good condition
(F)
Verify the Motor Adjustment
Strap is tight
(E)
Verify all motor mounting
Bolts are tight
(B)
Lubricate the Outer Flange
and Retaining-nut
(C)
Lubricate the Inner Flange
(G)
Remove the Blade Guard
(H)
Lubricate the Blade Guard
Pivot Shaft
Outer
Flange
Inner
Flange
Verify
Tight
Verify Four
Bolts Tight
Verify Bolt
Tight
Turn Counter-
clockwise to remove
Blade Guard
Pivot Shaft
