Description
setProcessLayerList fills a process with layers.
Arguments
LayerData *val:
A structure that contains the number of layers (first 2 bytes) followed with
the layers (1 byte per, max of NUM_OF_LAYERS bytes) represented each
with a film number (1 to NUM_OF_FILMS);
int index:
The process index (1 to NUM_OF_PROCESSES)
