Safety in case of faults

The connections for the read heads, ERR and OUT are not short circuit-proof.

A short circuit between 13/14 and 23/24 can be detected only by means of
external pulsing.
Ì
A short circuit in the cable can be excluded by laying the cable with protection.
Fusing of the power supply and the safety contacts.
Ì
Provide external contact fuses (6 A gG fuse or 6 A circuit breaker, characteris-
tic B or C) for relay outputs.

The power supply must be protected with a max. 8 A fuse before terminal U
