Step 9: Reinstall the tour guides (under the screw heads still in the rack) and fully tighten
the screws for each side. Be sure to install the guide under the plastic washers.
N o t e : If your rack is an SP96 “Double Small” Frame without a convenience outlet in the
control input panel, it will be necessary to run the wiring for the new breaker and
convenience outlet to the A phase bar, neutral, and ground locations in the rack.
a: Run the white neutral convenience outlet wire to any existing slot on a
neutral bus.
b: Run the green ground
wire to any existing slot on
a ground bus.
c: Run the hot wire to the
open lug found at the top
of the top phase A bar. If
this lug does not exist,
one will need to be added
and is included in the kit.
Attach the lug using the
provided bolt, nut, and a
7/16” socket. Run hot wire to this location
on top A phase bar
