Download and run the installer.

When you have completed all the steps of the installer, the directory sync
utility has been installed.
The installer contains all needed components and can be run offline without any
outside connection.
Upgrade Google Apps Directory Sync
In Release 1.3.13 or later, Google Apps Directory Sync automatically checks to
see if there are any updates available. If updates are available, you will be
prompted to upgrade when you start Configuration Manager.
