While it is possible to slide footage within edits by adjusting the placement of
imported clips in Shake’s Time View, you are better off making these adjustments in
Final Cut Pro and re-sending the media to Shake. Shake’s Time View makes it difficult to
determine whether there is sufficient underlying footage to prevent gaps in the
sequence.

Warning:

Audio clips and tracks from the original QuickTime files are not imported

into Shake. Any timing changes you make in Shake will result in the adjusted clips
going out of sync with the audio in the originating Final Cut Pro 5 project file.
