Die 2 Schlauchnippel am Pumpen-
kopf festschrauben.
k Die Gewinde, der in den Pumpen-
kopf einzuschraubenden Schlauch-
nippel, sind unbedingt mit PTFE-
Band zu umwickeln, damit eine
bestmögliche Dichtigkeit erreicht
wird.

festschrauben.
k Beachten Sie, daß Zahnradpum-
pen nur in eine Richtung fördern. Ein
Pfeil am Pumpenkopf zeigt die rich-
tige Fließrichtung an.

Vor Inbetriebnahme den Pum-
penkopf mit dem Medium füllen.
Der Pumpenkopf darf nicht trocken
laufen.

Screw the 2 tubing adapters into the
pumphead.
k Before screwing the tubing
adapters into the pumphead, we
recommend you to wrap PTFE tape
around the thread of the adapter.

Screw the pumphead to the fi xing-
case of the drive. The face of the
pumphead with the engraved model
number must be directed to the user
and the arrow must point to the right.
k Please note that gear pumps
can only pump in one direction. An
arrow engraved on the front of the
pumphead indicates the correct fl ow
direction.

Fill the pumphead with
liquid before you start pumping.
Avoid dry-running of the pump-
head.

Visser les deux raccords sur la tête
de pompe
k Avant de visser les raccords de
tubes sur la tête de pompe, nous re-
commandons d’entourer les fi letages
avec de la bande PTFE afi n d’assurer
une étanchéité optimale. Cette bande
protégera en outre les pas de vis.

Fixer la tête de pompe au boîtier de
fi xation du moteur de manière à ce
que le texte soit dirigé vers l’avant et
la fl èche vers la droite.
k Remarquer que les pompes à
engrenages peuvent pomper unique-
ment dans un sens. Une fl èche gra-
vée sur l‘avant de la tête de pompe
indique le sens correct du fl ux.

Remplissez de liquide la tête
de pompe avant la mise en service
initiale. La tête de pompe ne doit
jamais fonctionner à sec.
