Starting the pump
■ Check the voltage rating in the
window of the fuse-holder (on rear
panel). If necessary, change the
rating as indicated on page 11.
■ If necessary, mount the pumphead
as stated on pages 19–21.
■ Before screwing the tubing
adapters into the pumphead, we
recommend you to wrap PTFE
tape around the thread of the
adapter.
■ Connect the Tubing to your
system.
Fasten the tubing to the adapters
by means of the tubing clamps.
■ Connect the pump to the mains.
■ Fill the pumphead with liquid be-
fore you start pumping.
Inbetriebnahme
■ Netzspannung im Fenster des
Sicherungshalters (Geräterückseite)
kontrollieren. Allenfalls anpassen,
wie auf Seite 11 beschrieben.
■ Falls nötig, Pumpenkopf gemäß
Seite 19–21 montieren.
■ Die Gewinde, der in den Pumpen-
kopf einzuschraubenden Schlauch-
nippel, sind unbedingt mit PTFE-
Band zu umwickeln, damit eine
bestmögliche Dichtigkeit erreicht
wird.
■ Schlauchleitungen montieren und
ans System anschließen.
Die Schläuche mit Schlauchschel-
len an den Schlauchnippeln gut
befestigen.
■ Pumpe am Netz anschließen.
■ Vor Inbetriebnahme Pumpenkopf
mit Medium füllen.
Mise en service
■ Contrôler la tension indiquée dans
la fenêtre du porte-fusibles
(derrière l’appareil). Si nécessaire,
modifi er la tension (voir page 11)
■ Installer la tête de pompe selon les
indications fournies en p. 19–21.
■ Les fi letages des raccords de
la tête de pompe doivent être
enrobés de bande téfl on (PTFE)
pour garantir l‘étanchéité.
■ Installer les conduites de tubes et
les raccorder au réseau. Veillez à
bien fi xer les tubes aux raccords
du tubes au moyen des brides
correspondantes.
■ Raccorder la pompe au réseau et
la mettre en service.
■ Remplir la tête de pompe de
liquide avant la mise en service.

Vor Inbetriebnahme Pumpenkopf mit
Medium füllen. Der Pumpenkopf darf nicht
trocken laufen. Es dürfen keine partikelhal-
tigen Medien gepumpt werden. Allenfalls
vorher fi ltrieren.

Please note
Before initial start-up, the pumphead must
be fi lled with the medium or water. Never
run the pumphead under dry conditions.
Never pump liquids that contain particles.
If necessary, fi lter the medium before use.

Remarque
Avant la mise en service, remplir la tête
de pompe de liquide à pomper. La tête de
pompe ne doit pas fonctionner à sec. Ne
pas pomper de liquides contenant des
particules. Le cas échéant, effectuer un
fi ltrage du liquide à pomper.
